Find and remove exact duplicate CSV rows.
When you combine exports, identical records can appear twice. TidyExport counts duplicate rows, shows a preview of the cleaned table, and makes a new file in your browser. Your original CSV stays on your device.
What counts as a duplicate?
Two rows must have the same values in every column. For example, two identical rows with the same order ID, email, amount, and status can be reduced to one. If the amount or status differs, both rows remain. When whitespace trimming is enabled before deduplication, spaces at the start or end of text do not create a separate record.
Review changes before you download
Drop in a CSV, inspect the reported exact duplicates and other issues, then choose the cleanup steps you want. Preview the results and review the count of removed rows before saving a cleaned copy. You can also normalize headers or remove fully empty rows in the same workflow.
When a different method is needed
Records with the same customer email or order ID but different values are not exact duplicates. TidyExport does not decide which conflicting row is correct, merge near matches, or deduplicate by a selected key. Keep both and review them manually if that is your case.
Private by design, with clear limits
CSV files up to 25 MB or 100,000 rows are processed locally in the browser. Inspecting and previewing do not require an account. A full cleaned-file download requires sign-in; one successful export per UTC month is free. If your source is XLSX, TidyExport supports its first worksheet up to 15 MB or 50,000 data rows.
Check your CSV for exact duplicates.
